You are the first point of contact for our customers and thus shape the first impression of Kochoptik. With your friendly, attentive and professional manner, you create a pleasant atmosphere and ensure that our customers feel perfectly looked after.

Your tasks

• Friendly and warm reception of our customers
• Care of our customers throughout their entire visit
• Recognising and recording the individual needs of our customers
• Coordination and organisation of customer reception
• Support of the sales team in daily business
• Appointment scheduling and administrative tasks
• Ensuring a neat and inviting reception area
• Active contribution to creating a special customer experience

• Confident, well-groomed and likeable appearance
• Good communication skills
