We are a committed family business in garden and civil engineering and are looking for a successor for our construction foreman, who will retire in autumn 2027. An exciting daily work routine awaits you, where you coordinate construction sites, lead employees and ensure that our projects are carried out professionally, efficiently and on time. From work preparation to coordination on site to monitoring quality, costs and deadlines – with us you can apply your expertise and organisational talent daily and create visible results.

This is what you will do with us

• Independent planning, organisation and management of civil engineering projects
• Coordination and leadership of employees on construction sites
• Preparation of quotations, measurements and billing
• Coordination of machinery, materials and personnel
• Monitoring of deadlines, costs and quality

This is what you bring with you

• Training in the main construction trade, ideally with further training as a construction foreman/-woman in civil engineering
• Experience in leading and organising construction sites
• Technical understanding and entrepreneurial thinking
• Organisational talent and enjoyment of teamwork
