To support campus operations and contribute to the daily life of our students and staff, we are currently looking for a:

Responsibilities

• Ensure the daily production of the designated section in accordance with instructions
• Provide quality food in collaboration with other members of the F&B team
• Ensure varied meals
• Participate in and improve the service (provide ideas for innovation and variety of dishes).
• Apply HACCP standards and ensure they are respected in the production area
• Be attentive to the needs of students

Qualities and qualifications

• Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in cooking or equivalent
• 2 years of experience as a cook
• Native French speaker with good knowledge of English
• Mastery of international recipes, with knowledge of Asian cuisine an asset
• Creative, autonomous and flexible
• Capable of executing assigned tasks quickly and professionally
• Enjoys teamwork

Contract type: Fixed-term contract (CDD)
