Administration
- Ordering and managing consumables
- Processing material orders and stock transfers in the logistics system
- Maintaining and updating inventory lists
- Creating delivery notes, barcodes and other shipping documents
- Recording and processing internal and external orders
- Managing article master data and article numbers
- Ensuring complete and correct document filing
Logistics & Warehouse
- Picking, preparing and readying goods orders for dispatch
- Receiving and checking goods deliveries
- Conducting goods receipt and inventory checks
- Storage, transfer and removal of goods
- Preparing and dispatching clothing and other materials
- Regular checking and maintenance of stock levels
- Assisting with cleaning and maintenance work in the warehouse area
- Ensuring order and cleanliness in warehouse and outdoor areas
Additional tasks
- Distribution of internal orders
- Carrying out internal and external courier trips
- Handover and return of vehicles
- Management and control of pool vehicles
- Support with general tasks arising in the warehouse
What you bring:
- Completed vocational training in logistics, warehousing or trade, ideally with a Swiss federal certificate as a logistician
- Professional experience in warehouse logistics or material management is an advantage
- Confident handling of IT systems and digital ordering platforms
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Team spirit and strong sense of responsibility
- Driving licence category B
- French language skills at least A1
