Due to our growth, we are looking for a motivated Logistics Clerk 100% (m/f/d) for our location in Bülach with immediate effect or by arrangement, who will strengthen our logistics team and ensure that our goods movements and inventories are handled efficiently, correctly and smoothly.
\n\n\nWhat you do\n\n
- Processing of goods receipt orders, as well as clarification cases on site, from discrepancies to inconsistencies in inventories
- Telephone, written and personal customer support
- Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely processing
- Processing of special orders, damage cases and complaints
- Coordination of relevant information in close cooperation with the customer area
- Support with inventories and operational activities
- Ensuring proper documentation and its archiving
- Monitoring key figures and performance statistics
- A completed training in logistics with a commercial background and several years of professional experience
- Confident handling of IT applications is part of your daily routine, especially with ERP and/or WMS systems
- Fluent communication in German, both spoken and written. English skills are a plus or you are motivated to further develop them
- A responsible, reliable and team-oriented personality with a high level of commitment
- A structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working characterises you. You keep an overview even with complex tasks and set priorities purposefully
