What to expect from us
- You will independently handle varied cases in pension fund administration and participate in projects. The most common cases are entries and exits of insured persons, home ownership withdrawals, buy-ins, retirements, and various benefit cases.
- You will competently and independently support insured persons and other stakeholders in all administrative matters. As the first point of contact, you will ensure reliable, solution-oriented, and customer-focused handling of all concerns in day-to-day business.
- You are responsible for invoicing contributions and processing incoming payments. Additionally, you support the accounting department with the year-end closing.

- Completed commercial training
- Interest in gaining a foothold in the field of occupational pension schemes and an affinity for numbers
- Quick comprehension and motivation to learn new things
- Confident communication in German, good oral skills in Italian and French are an advantage
- Enjoyment of a dynamic and service-oriented environment, reliable and precise working style
