Tasks you will enjoy
- Review, processing and approval of loan applications in the retail banking sector
- Conducting creditworthiness checks and contract amendments
- Telephone and written contact with new and existing customers
- Maintenance and further development of existing customer relationships
- You will take on a variety of administrative tasks and contribute your ideas to optimise our processes
Requirements you bring
- Commercial or equivalent training
- Experience in a structured and regulated industry - preferably in the financial sector, consumer credit industry or credit assessment
- German at native level, knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage.
- Enjoyment of telephone customer contact and written communication
- High customer orientation, team spirit, reliability and flexibility
- Precise, independent and responsible working style * Very good MS Office skills
