For our Zurich location, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced leader as:

Property Manager 70-100%

Your tasks

• Professional and personnel management of the property management team at the Zurich location (currently one employee, with potential for expansion)
• Location responsibility for Zurich including organisational development of the still young, growing location
• Commercial and technical management of an own property portfolio
• Re-letting including flat viewings and lease negotiations
• Handover and acceptance of rental premises
• Organisation of regular maintenance, renovations and conversions
• Contact person for owners, caretakers, craftsmen and authorities at the location
• Interface to management and participation in the strategic further development of the location
• Handling correspondence, invoicing etc.
• Processing individual commercial rental orders
• Possibly assisting with initial lettings / marketing

Your profile

• Commercial training, ideally with a federal certificate in property management
• Several years of professional experience in property management
• First leadership experience or strong interest and potential to build and lead a team and a location
• Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in helping to shape and grow a location
• Communicative, engaging and reliable personality
• Independent, conscientious and solution-oriented working style
