These are your tasks

You accompany, promote and assess trainees
You work closely with the nursing team and vocational training, design learning settings and bring in new ideas
You are responsible for the introduction and support of daily reference persons on the ward

What you bring with you

You are a certified nursing professional HF/FH and have already gained experience in the acute sector, ideally on a surgical ward
You enjoy educational work and team spirit
You are open to new forms of collaboration such as job sharing
