About the job

The Dielsdorf Health Centre is a modern geriatric competence centre with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our services range from advisory services for older people and their relatives to general and specialised long-term care, as well as care and support at home. As the largest public Spitex in the Dielsdorf district, we provide outpatient services for our nine contract municipalities. With our comprehensive care offering, we enable people to remain in their familiar home environment for as long as possible despite health limitations. In the future, it is planned to establish a night Spitex.

• Care, support and domestic tasks for our clients at home

• Ensuring the care process

Your profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Contemporary IT skills (MS Office, Perigon)
• High social, methodological and professional competence
• Driving licence category B
• Independent and responsible way of working
