About the job

For our day centre in Rheinfelden, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and creative leader as

• You will lead the day centre professionally, organisationally and economically and actively participate in daily operations
• You will manage a small care team (3 people) and work closely with interdisciplinary specialists
• You will jointly create a varied daily routine with patients through creative group offers and activities
• You will recognise crisis situations early and act professionally and solution-oriented
• You will network with relatives, referrers, employers and external specialist agencies

• Qualified nurse HF/FH with experience in psychiatry, ideally in a social psychiatric environment and with a creative flair
• Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and creative group offers
• Initiative, social skills, flexibility and resilience
