Salary - CHF95,000 - 105,000For over 50 years, our ROCKEN partner has specialised in industrial automation and comprehensive electrical complete solutions with installation teams and control cabinet construction. With around 70 employees, the company primarily implements customised solutions of the highest quality in the food, pharmaceutical, and mechanical engineering sectors, as well as in new builds and conversions.
Role:
As an electrician, you will take on a variety of tasks in new builds and conversions as well as in an industrial environment. In addition to the professional execution of installations, you are responsible for organising the construction site and supporting the training of our apprentices.
Responsibilities:
Execution of electrical installations in new builds and conversions as well as in industrial plants
Carrying out service, repair, and maintenance work
Independent organisation and management of the construction site
Coordination of the tasks and ensuring a smooth process
Supervision and support in the training of apprentices
Professional implementation of work in compliance with quality and safety requirements
Assisting in solving technical challenges on site
Qualifications:
Completed basic training as an electrician EFZ
Independent, precise, and reliable working style
Strong team spirit as well as enjoyment in organising and motivating
Good technical understanding
High quality and safety awareness
Open, committed, and solution-oriented personality
Sense of responsibility and initiative
Driving licence category B
