Team Leader Surface Treatment (m/f/d) 100%

Your main tasks

• Technical and personnel management of the surface treatment team including deployment planning, qualification and further development of employees
  
• Ensuring operational target achievement with regard to quality, deadlines, productivity and capacity utilisation
• Planning, control and monitoring of production orders as well as active management of shopfloor management
• Identification of optimisation and improvement potentials as well as active implementation within the framework of the continuous improvement process (CIP)
• Coordination of internal and external interfaces as well as responsibility for safety, order and operational readiness of the machinery

Your profile

• Completed technical vocational training in metal processing, further training advantageous
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in surface treatment or a comparable manufacturing environment, ideally in the MEM industry
• Sound process understanding as well as experience in planning, controlling and optimising production processes
• Good IT skills and experience with production planning systems (PPS)
• Strong leadership skills, assertiveness and hands-on mentality
• Structured and solution-oriented working style as well as business management thinking
• Confident appearance, high communication skills and team orientation
