Team Leader Product Management Payments and Savings 80 – 100%
What you will achieve
- As an inspiring leader, you lead and develop the 8-member Product Management Payments and Savings team.
- Together with your team, you further develop the product and service portfolio as well as digital advisory and supplementary solutions – innovative, customer-centred and future-oriented.
- You find the best solutions for our customers and our bank and work closely with the market, specialist departments and external partners.
- You are responsible for the smooth operation of our products and services in the areas of accounts, savings, payments and fraud management, recognise challenges early and develop pragmatic solutions together with your team.
- In (group-wide) projects, you take on the professional support or lead in the development of classic and digital customer solutions.
- You recognise market trends and customer needs early and derive strategic fields of action from them.
What you bring with you
- You complement your broad banking knowledge and experience in everyday banking with a higher professional qualification.
- As an experienced leader and coach, you appreciate working with different people and promote their development.
- With your analytical and conceptual skills as well as your experience in product and project management, you get to the heart of the matter and convince with implementation strength and a desire to shape.
- Strong customer focus, market orientation, entrepreneurial thinking and a high affinity for digital developments characterise you.
- Experience with agile working methods is an advantage.
