About the job
Care Assistant 50-100%
Interested in an exciting position in the "On-site" team - starting immediately or by arrangement?
The core of your work lies in care and support according to instructions. You accompany the residents in their individual daily structure and share responsibility for a clean and homely atmosphere in the department. You will be supported by an open, interdisciplinary team.
With your open, straightforward, and empathetic nature and your life experience, you easily manage to connect with the residents and build trust. We expect your willingness to learn about the psychiatric field, acquire new skills, and complete the SRK care assistant course.
Independence, responsibility, team spirit, and good German skills are a great plus. We are looking for a person who contributes to a positive working atmosphere with a touch of humor, lives our values, and shares and appreciates the diversity, uniqueness, and vitality at Schlogari.
