Are you looking for an independent and challenging position with opportunities for shaping? Do you enjoy working with children and adolescents, parents, as well as teaching and care staff and gladly take on responsibility? Then you fit into our open, active, and well-coordinated team. Class and subject teachers, school social work, and school management support you in your work.
You have a degree in social work, social pedagogy, or socio-cultural animation (FH or HF) and bring experience in experiential education and interdisciplinary work. The school field and dealing with children, adolescents, and parents are familiar to you. You are resilient, balanced, proactive, independent, and appreciate networked collaboration. Your competence in approaching individual counseling with children and adults in a solution-oriented manner and accompanying group-specific processes rounds off your profile.
