For our client, a company in a cooperative environment, we are looking for a Finance and Accounting / Controlling Specialist (m/f/d) with a workload of 80–100% starting immediately or by arrangement. You will take on diverse tasks in financial accounting and contribute to the further development of controlling. You will benefit from flexible working hours, home office, and attractive additional benefits.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Responsible for financial, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and asset accounting including dunning and debt collection
• Independently preparing monthly and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER including reporting
• Carrying out VAT returns and tax declarations as well as preparing business analyses and key figures
• Focus on participating in budgeting, forecasting, and especially digitalisation projects as well as further developing controlling

You offer your new employer:

• Commercial basic training with further education in finance and accounting, fiduciary services, or business studies
• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting as well as experience in independent financial statement preparation is an advantage
• Good German skills as well as English and French skills are advantageous and proficient use of ERP systems and very good Excel skills
• Independent, precise, and reliable working style as well as a dynamic, team-oriented personality with interconnected thinking and a high service orientation
