Your Tasks
- You evaluate technical connection applications (TAG) and process installation notifications (IA) in DigiHIK
- Network calculations and their assessment according to DACHCZ (LF/IK) as well as neutralisation calculations according to NOVA and Sunshine are part of your responsibilities
- You maintain and update object-related customer and HIK data in SAP S/4HANA and create the associated evaluations
- You competently and solution-orientedly advise our customers on technical questions regarding network connections
- For the processing of network connections, you work closely with relevant internal departments such as metering, asset management and project planning
- You conduct technical preliminary investigations for house and construction site power connections
- As a contact person for DigiHIK and SAP IS-U, you support with technical queries and contribute to the optimisation of processes and applications
- Your careful working method ensures high data quality and reliable processing of reports
Your Profile
- You have a basic electrical engineering education, for example in the areas of electrical installation, electrical planning or network electricity, and ideally further training at the level of professional examination, advanced professional examination or technician HF
- You bring several years of professional experience in the field of electrical systems or in a comparable electrical engineering environment
- You have a good understanding of electrical networks and technical contexts
- You are confident in handling PC applications and have good user knowledge
- Knowledge of SAP as well as network calculation programmes such as NEPLAN is an advantage
- You work in a structured, careful and responsible manner and keep an overview even with different tasks
- A strong service orientation as well as enjoyment in working with customers and internal specialist departments characterise you
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile
