For our daycare in Mont-sur-Lausanne, we are looking for a:
Specialized Educator at 60%
Your mission:
Support one or more children with disabilities
Ensure the psychological, emotional, and physical safety and well-being of the child and support their overall development
Observe, document, and analyze the child's progress and learning.
Play a preventive role with the child and their family
Guarantee the inclusion of everyone in the educational mission
Have a duty to alert on any breach of safety and well-treatment rules and a duty of prevention and protection of the child
Collaborate and actively communicate with the site management and the entire educational team
Share knowledge and know-how to develop the overall skills of the teams
Contribute to creating a positive work atmosphere based on fairness, transparency, listening, availability, and efficiency
Your profile:
Qualified educator ES or HES or equivalent recognized by the competent authority
Experience in supporting children, especially those with disabilities
Good oral knowledge of French
Work ethic and sense of responsibility
Listening skills, communication ease, and team spirit
