Customer Advisor Individual Premium Reduction (80-100%)
Your task is demanding and varied.
Those living in modest economic circumstances receive a financial contribution towards the premiums for compulsory health insurance – the individual premium reduction.
After a thorough professional introduction, you will immerse yourself in our core business. Do you enjoy working independently and want to take on responsibility? That is exactly what we expect from you in this role. From receiving the application for individual premium reduction to the correct calculation of the contribution and ensuring payment to the health insurers, you will support our customers in line with our corporate values. You will also process change notifications, check training documents for young adults in education, and arrange the payment of lump sums for recipients of supplementary benefits. You appreciate oral and written contact with your customers, health insurers, and municipalities. You enjoy conveying legal foundations and contexts in an understandable, courteous, and professional manner. One thing is certain – it will never be boring for you as a customer advisor with us.

You have a commercial education or a medical education with commercial further training. In addition, you have already gained experience in an administrative role, preferably in an insurance environment.
You are a personality who likes to think along, take initiative, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Personal responsibility and team spirit go hand in hand for you. Efficient working is a matter of course, whether it involves demanding tasks or routine work. You are open, proactive, articulate in communication, and enjoy working in a team. With your strong customer and service orientation, you know how to respond specifically to the needs of your customers and competently answer telephone and written enquiries. You think in a networked way and can flexibly handle the challenges of a dynamic environment.
