Sales Manager (m/f/d) Energy Transmission – Busbars

Your tasks

• Together with our specialist teams, you will develop tailored offers that are perfectly aligned with the needs of our customers.
• You will confidently create and accompany offers through all technical and commercial negotiation phases until successful completion.
• In your international sales area, you will independently manage existing customers as well as our country representatives.

Your profile

• Completed engineering degree (e.g., electrical engineering, mechanical engineering) or a comparable technical education – ideally complemented by a business management training
• Experience in international sales and/or in managing complex projects
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a high degree of personal responsibility
• Enjoy working with people from various cultures as well as intercultural competence
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written; additional languages such as French are an advantage
• Willingness to travel (10–20 %)
