About the job
We are days with us – Everything we do revolves around transforming learning and working environments.
With our unique approach, we accompany companies from vision to realisation of future-proof learning and working environments. This creates spaces where employee well-being increases, innovation arises, and the culture of a company becomes tangible.
At the same time, we have created the organisational framework conditions that correspond to our understanding of a future-proof company. In other words: we don’t just talk about New Work, we really mean it. This includes an inspiring work environment, plenty of flexibility, a leadership culture based on trust, and an incentive system that can do much more.
We are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced interior architect who not only leads projects but also designs them. In our company, project management works as part of the team and develops test fits and concepts themselves. If you enjoy developing working environments together with others and keeping the threads together, you are in the right place with us.
We are already looking forward to meeting you!
What exciting tasks will you take on with us?
- Test fits & layout studies: You develop test fits and layout studies yourself. They are tailored to the needs of our clients and follow the latest findings on future-proof learning and working environments.
- Design & conception: You develop colour, material, and detail concepts, design joinery solutions, and plan lighting, acoustics, and furnishings.
- Project management: You lead demanding projects together with an interdisciplinary team from interior architecture, consulting, and construction management. You keep an eye on costs and deadlines, are the contact person for our clients, and work on the concept and planning yourself.
- Construction cost management: You prepare cost estimates and quotations according to BKP in the respective SIA phases.
- Acquisition & presentations: You participate in acquisition, prepare offers, and present our concepts to clients.
- Quality assurance: You review plans and concepts in the team and ensure that our quality standards are met in every project.
- Team coaching: You support younger team members professionally, share your knowledge, and assist them in their development.
- Documentation: You create client-specific documentation in our CI/CD throughout all project phases.

- You are proficient in Vectorworks (2D) and work well with the Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
- You have already engaged with the topic of "New Work".
- You approach tasks independently, helpfully, and with a hands-on mentality.
