Responsibilities:
- Administration and management of residential and commercial properties
- Support and advice for tenants and owners
- Preparation and monitoring of rental contracts
- Handling tenant changes and apartment inspections
- Coordination and supervision of maintenance and renovation work
- Preparation of operating cost statements
- Maintenance and updating of IT systems for property management
- Support in the development and implementation of IT solutions for property management
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial basic training
- Further education in the real estate sector (e.g. property manager with a federal diploma)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in property management
- Good knowledge of property administration and management
- Experience with IT systems for property management
- Strong communication and advisory skills
- Independent and structured working style
- Team player with a strong service orientation
- Fluent in German, additional languages are an advantage
