Your tasks
- Billing of all repair and service services
- Processing of warranty claims and credit notes
- Controlling order quality as well as creating statistics and order analyses
- Processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Carrying out various administrative tasks including order archiving
Your profile
- Completed basic automotive training as well as further training in the commercial field is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Independent, resilient personality with a high level of commitment as well as precise and efficient working style
- Confident in the German language; other foreign languages are an advantage
- Ideally first experience in a similar function
- Valid driving license category B
