Polymechanic - CNC Manufacturing (Turning/Milling)

• Independently set up and operate 3- and 4-axis milling machines
• Independently commission lathes and turn-mill centres
• Create CNC programmes manually using ISO or with CAM systems
• Operate several machines simultaneously with automation technologies
• Analyse and continuously improve manufacturing processes

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Independent experience in setting up and operating CNC turning and milling machines
• Familiarity with CAM software, especially TopSolid, is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of ISO programming
• Experience with Fanuc controls is considered an advantage
