Your new job

• Take on professional and financial responsibility for the agile Financing team
• Maintain and prioritise the backlog to achieve maximum impact for our stakeholders
• Ensure transparent communication of product goals and the backlog to the team and stakeholders
• Resolve goal conflicts and create clarity about requirements to enable well-founded decisions
• Work closely with Scrum Masters, other Product Owners and relevant stakeholders
• Motivate the team through solution-oriented actions and exemplify the values of self-organisation and personal responsibility

What we benefit from

• In-depth expertise in financing as well as several years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
• University degree (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) in economics, (business) informatics or a comparable field
• Practical experience with agile methods in product and project management as well as in DevOps organisations
• Deep understanding of technical contexts and good IT know-how in Jira, Confluence, Avaloq etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to convey complex matters clearly and understandably
• Active coordination with stakeholders and development of effective solutions
