To complete our electrical maintenance team at our Eclépens cement plant, we are looking for a dynamic, conscientious and methodical person with an excellent team spirit.
If you want to contribute to the efficiency of our industrial facilities, this position is made for you!
What awaits you:
- Maintain and repair the electrical installations of the production site
- Actively participate in the installation and commissioning of new installations
- Ensure the maintenance of electric motors
- Carry out control and preventive maintenance of equipment
- Troubleshoot, analyse faults and provide on-call service according to the pre-established rota
- Actively participate in the application and compliance with Holcim standards regarding health, safety and environmental protection
What you bring:
- Federal VET Diploma as electrician installer or equivalent qualification
- Holder of installation authorisation according to OIBT article 13 or meeting the criteria for obtaining it with or without examination
- Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally in an industrial environment
- Ability to observe, think, analyse and solve problems
- Good communication, team spirit and collaboration
- Personal commitment to health and safety at work
