To strengthen our Industrialisation department, we are looking for someone capable of evolving our manufacturing processes. Your role will be to observe existing practices, challenge them and implement improvements that work on a daily basis.
Methods and Industrialisation Technician (m/f/d) 100%
Your tasks
Your skills
- ES technician, HES engineer or equivalent in mechanical engineering, microtechnology or similar field
- Experience in methods or continuous improvement in a demanding production environment
- Knowledge of watch casing, especially watch cases, is an asset
- Proficiency in common Office IT tools
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (preferably SolidWorks)
- Good knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and a desire to understand how things really happen on the ground
- Analytical mind, curiosity and the ability to constructively question habits
- Autonomy, perseverance and good communication skills: you know how to listen to teams, defend your ideas and translate them into actions
- A taste for concrete results. For you, a successful improvement is verified in the workshop
- Very good written and spoken French skills
