Lead Project Manager Power Systems (m/f/d)

In this role, you are the pivotal point for our demanding projects in the field of emergency power systems. You accompany the projects from the very first minute and lead them safely to success.
Your tasks
- Project management with foresight: Together with the project manager for control technology, you independently manage emergency power projects in Switzerland – from planning to successful handover to our customers.
- Firmly in control: You have full responsibility for the costs and deadlines of your assigned projects.
- Central interface: You are the primary contact person for our customers in all matters and simultaneously coordinate collaboration with our suppliers.
- Quality & teamwork: You ensure technically flawless implementation and work closely with sales, the workshop and service technicians.
- Methodical leadership: You consistently apply PM standards and ensure transparent project documentation as well as reliable reporting.
- Negotiation skills: You conduct technical and commercial negotiations confidently and purposefully.
Your profile
As an experienced project manager, you bring the necessary calm, competence and assertiveness to keep an overview even during intense project phases.
- Solid education: Higher technical education (HF/FH/Uni) in civil engineering (HVACSE), mechanical engineering, building technology or a comparable qualification.
- Experience: You have several years of successful project management experience in a comparable technical environment.
- Methodical expertise: You are methodically proficient in project management and ideally hold a recognised certification (e.g. IPMA, PMP or HERMES).
- Language skills: You communicate confidently in German and English. French is a plus.
- Personality: You are characterised by a highly independent, structured and entrepreneurial way of working and gladly take on overall responsibility.
- Appearance: Your manner is confident, poised and marked by strong communication and negotiation skills.
