Team Leader Air Conditioning Technology (m/f/d)

- Leadership and coordination of the team for ventilation and air conditioning systems to ensure high quality of work
- Planning and execution of projects in the field of ventilation and air conditioning, including the creation of concepts and technical drawings.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Use of CAD software to create and edit technical drawings and plans
- Implementation and use of SAP to optimise workflows and resource planning
- Training and development of team members to enhance their expertise and skills
- Collaboration with other departments to ensure the integration of ventilation and air conditioning systems into overall projects
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a building services planner or in a similar technical field
- Several years of professional experience in planning and implementing ventilation and air conditioning systems
- Solid knowledge of CAD and SAP to support project work
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
