Your Tasks
- You lead the team during your shift and contribute to ensuring that our residents enjoy professional and individual care and support every day
- You ensure an optimal operational process and the care process in daily routine
- You independently and thoroughly manage the electronic care documentation in Care Coach
- You assist with the daily care of our residents and support, if necessary, in the training and education of apprentices and interns
- You are the contact person for residents, relatives and other interest groups such as doctors, pharmacists, etc.
Your Profile
- Training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH or equivalent
- You are motivated and gladly apply your strong professional and social skills in daily work
- You have knowledge of RAI/RUG and Care Coach
- Good oral and written German skills (B2)
- Your cheerful nature actively contributes to a corporate culture in which residents and employees feel comfortable
