From summer 2025, we offer an apprenticeship at the Falkenhof Senior Centre as:
Specialist in Facility Maintenance EFZ
Your main tasks
- Supporting the technical service to ensure all facilities in and around the building function properly
- You monitor the building technology and can intervene in case of malfunctions
- You are responsible for the maintenance, servicing and cleaning of various building components
- Together with the technical service, you can independently carry out minor repairs on machines or equipment
- Performing seasonal tasks such as snow clearance in winter or maintenance of the green areas around the buildings
- Independent and professional disposal and separation of waste
- Supporting housekeeping with cleaning

- Completed primary school
