Project Manager: Road and Civil Engineering
Your Contribution with Us
- You manage your road and civil engineering projects from work preparation to final billing
- You lead your site managers and foremen and manage several construction sites in parallel
- You are responsible for costs, deadlines, quality and safety of your projects
- You calculate, prepare estimates and negotiate with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
- You manage change orders, measurements and the NPK billing
- You coordinate with clients, works and authorities
- You plan the deployment of personnel, equipment and materials and accompany the execution until handover
What Counts for Us
- You have several years of experience as a site manager or project manager in road and civil engineering
- You have independently handled your own projects and managed several construction sites in parallel
- You are a certified site manager or civil engineer or have an equivalent further education in construction
- You lead your team and coordinate with clients, planners and site operators
- Calculation, estimates, NPK billing and change order management are familiar to you
- You make decisions independently and negotiate confidently
- You communicate fluently in German
