About the job

Analysing figures, understanding connections and drawing the right conclusions? As a controller for our IT and real estate business units, you combine financial expertise with entrepreneurial thinking and create sound decision-making bases for the successful management of Denner.

What you achieve

• You advise the business units as a sparring partner on an equal footing and support them in well-founded business decisions
• You ensure effective financial governance and continuously develop control instruments, key figures and methods
• You create transparency through meaningful reports, analyses and decision templates
• You prepare forecasts, budgets and scenarios and support the departments in implementing effective measures
• You analyse target deviations, identify opportunities and risks early and derive concrete recommendations for action

What you bring

• Education: Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF)
• Field of study: Focus on controlling, business administration or finance
• Professional experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as a controller
• The ability to communicate complex financial topics clearly, build trust and accompany decision-makers as a sparring partner
• Analytical and networked thinking as well as the ability to derive concrete recommendations for action from data
• Very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools as well as experience with BI solutions and modern reporting instruments
• Deep understanding of business models, value chains and business contexts
• German (C1)
• English (A2)
• French (ADVANTAGEOUS)
