Your role

As an estimator or calculation clerk for kitchens, you are an important interface in the sales process. In close cooperation with the sales team, you create convincing and competitive offers for our projects in the contract market.

Specifically, this means:

• You create plans and offers using the planning software Winner
• You check the basic feasibility of projects with internal departments and external partner companies
• You calculate variants and options with corresponding additional or reduced prices
• You obtain offers for trade goods (such as stone countertops or electrical appliances) related to kitchen projects from our partner companies and maintain good contact with the contacts
• You prepare the complete sales documents for the sales team and our customers
• You maintain diverse contacts with suppliers and customers and obtain information directly from them

Ideally, you bring the following skills

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a carpenter EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have completed commercial training (commercial school, office diploma or comparable), which will facilitate your entry with us
• You use MS Office and ideally have knowledge of Winner or other planning software
• You are good with numbers, calculations come easily to you, and you can communicate confidently in German
• You are independent and can also improvise when necessary
• Previous experience in the kitchen sector or enthusiasm for it makes our hearts beat faster

We are open to a wide range of applicants. Have you gained initial experience as a carpenter but now fancy an office job? Had enough of construction sites and installation work because your back no longer cooperates or your health is otherwise compromised? Worked for a long time as a project manager exposed to a stressful daily routine with many stakeholders and now prefer the somewhat calmer, more manageable work? Fancy doing something after retirement? We will introduce you to your role during your induction. With the necessary motivation and understanding of the subject matter (which is why we mainly seek trained carpenters), you will soon be able to calculate large kitchen projects completely independently and become an important part of our great team in Tagelswangen. Who knows, as an estimator you will learn the basics of the kitchen contract market, a good foundation for further exciting activities with us or in the industry in general.
