Your Tasks
- Independent preparation of monthly payrolls for a defined group of employees
- Maintenance and management of personnel master data in the payroll system
- Contact person for employees on all payroll-related questions
- Processing of entries and exits, maternity leave, parental leave and other personnel matters
- Execution of year-end tasks as well as notifications to health insurance companies and tax offices
Your Profile
- Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualification in human resources or payroll
- Proficient knowledge of income tax and social security law
- Confident handling of payroll systems (P&I LOGA and KIDICAP) desirable
- Structured, reliable and service-oriented working style
- Team spirit and enjoyment of communication
