As a central hub, you connect resident administration, quality management, projects, and communication. You work closely with the management and department heads, take on responsibility, and actively shape the further development of our care centre.
This is where you can make an impact
- You are responsible for resident administration including invoicing and mutation processes
- You competently resolve complex resident concerns with internal and external stakeholders
- You prepare analyses, reports, and decision-making bases for management and department heads
- You develop concepts, directives, guidelines, and contribute to improvement measures
- You coordinate and accompany matters of management and the board of trustees – from preparation to implementation and follow-up
- You contribute your ideas in cross-departmental projects and independently take on smaller projects or subprojects
- You reliably keep track of appointments, pending tasks, resolutions, and measures
- You develop our homepage, information materials, publications, and social media activities together with us
What defines you
- You have a commercial basic education with a Federal VET Diploma and experience in a versatile administrative role
- Ideally, you have further training in one or more areas such as business administration, project work, quality management, marketing, communication, and leadership
- You quickly recognise complex contexts and present them in a structured manner
- You write with style, communicate fluently, and enjoy working with different people
- You are proficient in MS Office – knowledge of HeimNet/Nexus is a plus
- Initiative, discretion, and a strong service orientation are natural to you
- You don’t wait for someone to show you the next step – you think ahead and take action
