Your area of responsibility
- Together with your team colleagues, you take over the counter and telephone service and are the contact person for our customers.
- You provide debt collection register information, process mutation notifications, conduct preliminary clarifications with responsible authorities and offices, and support all tasks related to the debt collection procedure.

- You have successfully completed commercial training and ideally have already gained professional experience in a public administration or have knowledge of debt collection and bankruptcy law.

- With your networked way of thinking, you manage to quickly grasp complex contexts and act solution-oriented. You score with your reliable working method and a confident handling of digital pending and task management.
