For 365 days a year, we are committed to our clients with high professional competence and passion, for a life in familiar surroundings.
For the evening shift team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for nursing professionals HF, temporarily as sick leave and maternity cover who will take care of clients in the entire care area of Spitex Region Schaffhausen in the evenings.
Maximum flexibility for you: You work in the evenings between 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm and decide yourself on which days you are on duty. Weekend work remains manageable and is limited to around 1 to 1½ shifts per month.

- you carry out medically prescribed measures as well as nursing and therapeutic tasks for clients in the evenings.
- you respond professionally and thoughtfully in emergency situations and take responsibility for clear communication.
- you bear the evening responsibility and the on-call duty of the evening.
- you coordinate, document and evaluate the nursing process correctly.
- you commit yourself to effective interdisciplinary collaboration.

- because you have a solid education with an HF nursing diploma.
- thanks to at least two years of practical professional experience in the field of psychiatry or somatics.
- by keeping your expertise always up to date.
- because you enjoy and are interested in complex, rapidly changing situations as well as organisational, coordinative and administrative tasks.
- because you possess high professional and social competence in caring for people.
- thanks to good IT skills, InterRAI experience and ideally Spitex experience.
- because you are flexible and like to work independently.
- by holding a category B driving licence.
