You are
- a committed specialist with solid professional experience and a tertiary degree in social pedagogy or social work or in the corresponding studies
- ideally experienced in IHP, functional health and the new classification in the canton of Bern
- solution-oriented and ideally experienced in training specialist staff
- communicative, assertive and responsible
- flexible and resilient
- proficient in handling PC applications
