Polymechanic / CNC Cylindrical Grinding (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF70,000 - 75,000Role:

Responsibilities:
Independent setting up and operating of CNC cylindrical grinding machines
Creating and adjusting CNC programmes
Performing cylindrical grinding and conventional grinding tasks
Manufacturing highly precise components
Continuous monitoring of processes and ensuring consistently high quality
Contributing to the optimisation of processing procedures and workflows
Qualifications:
Completed training as a CNC mechanic, polymechanic or equivalent
Experience or specialisation in cylindrical grinding
Strong quality awareness and enjoyment of precision work
Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
Independent, reliable and responsible working style
Team-oriented personality
