For the Neuchâtel, La Chaux-de-Fonds region, we are looking for a construction management intern at the end of their master’s degree for a duration of 5 to 8 months starting November 2025 (date to be agreed).

Responsibilities:

• Accompanied by our experts, you will have technical, administrative, and financial responsibilities for your construction site.
• You will need to oversee planning, organization, and probably the management of teams and subcontractor partners.
• You will manage, with some autonomy, compliance with safety rules as well as the quality of the work provided.
• For the administrative management of the site, you will discover calculations, offers, and will share possible optimizations with us.
• You will need to prepare quotes, performance calculations, and ensure monthly delimitations, as well as client and supplier invoicing and accounting follow-up.
• After a few months, you will have gained a very good first experience that will help you better understand the realization of a large project!

What do you bring?

• Bachelor’s degree obtained, you are in the final year of a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Interest in executing large-scale projects in the building sector.
• You have a vehicle to travel to construction sites.
• You have perfect command of French; English or German would be an asset.
