Your area of responsibility
In this varied role, you are responsible for the administration and organization of the HGC Academy, the central training organization of HGC. You also ensure that our training and conference participants always feel welcome and are comprehensively cared for.
Together with the head of the Academy, you further develop the Academy and have diverse contact with speakers, supervisors, and participants – your flair as a host as well as an organizational talent comes into play with the following focuses:
Organization and planning of training sessions, seminars, meetings, and conferences
Appointment coordination and support of training, meeting, and conference rooms
Calculation of training sessions, meetings, and conferences
Setup of rooms for various events – up to 50+ people
Organization and coordination of catering
Participant management – coordinating with supervisors the composition of participants for HGC training sessions
Preparation, drafting, and sending of training invitations
Provision of training materials in German, French, and Italian
Reception and support of training and meeting participants and contact persons during the events
Your profile
You are an upbeat and very service-oriented person, ideally with commercial training. The PC is an important work tool for you, and you are very familiar with the MS Office suite. Your daily work is facilitated by your quick comprehension and organizational talent. You communicate confidently in German and have basic knowledge of another national language. You enjoy working reliably and accurately.
