Production Cook
Day shift
100% workload
Deployments on 5 days per week including weekends (no split shifts)
This is what you will be responsible for with us
- Preparation of recipes with the most modern equipment and appliances
- Monitoring production processes, production quantity and product quality
- Preparation of mise en place
- Setting up equipment
- Data entry on the PC
- Carrying out daily and periodic cleaning tasks
For this you are ready
- to comply with our hygiene concept and the requirements of food safety
- to actively assist in process optimisations and the further development of existing processes
This is how you convince
- Several years of experience in the gastronomy sector
- Experience in large-scale production / communal catering companies is an advantage
- Good knowledge of German
- Good physical constitution
- Independent working style
- Flexibility regarding working hours (including working at weekends)
