YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Independent and complete handling of domestic transports
- Administration of all logistics-related topics
- Organisation and processing of national transports including delivery and accompanying documents
- Invoice accounting and verification of freight and customs invoices
- Tariffing of new items (customs tariff numbers)
- Preference pre-check (searching, pre-checking and assessing invoices)
- Support during inventory and other logistical activities
- Carrying out corrections and maintenance of master data in the ERP system
- Active participation in process improvements and optimisations within logistics
- Internal contact point (Point of Information) for questions regarding domestic and international transports
- Collaboration with internal departments as well as external partners
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Commercial training, ideally with experience or further education in logistics
- Professional experience in logistics administration is an advantage
- Knowledge of customs, preference, and transport matters
- Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
- Structured, careful, and solution-oriented working style
- Teamwork skills as well as good communication skills
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills
