As a subsidiary of the Lake Lucerne Shipping Company (SGV), Tavolago AG operates the gastronomy on all 5 steamships and 14 motor ships of the SGV and also pampers our customers on land in several establishments as well as at caterings and large events with up to 5000 guests. Our land-based operations include the LUZ Seebistro, the Wirtshaus Taube, the CHÄRNSMATT – Inn & Play Paradise, and the Ampersand Grill Restaurant. We are also the gastronomy partner of the Pilatus Arena and the Lucerne Trade Fair.

We are looking for a Reception Staff / Assistant to the Managing Director (a)
Here is what you will do
- You are the first point of contact for guests and visitors in our office premises
- You take on a variety of organisational and administrative tasks in daily business
- You conduct correspondence with business partners professionally and with style - from birthday cards to collaboration contracts
- You coordinate the daily office operations including mail, preparation and follow-up of meetings, as well as appointment management
- You organise courses, training sessions, workshops - from the offer through bookings to programme design and invitations
- You create presentations and evaluations and update lists and comparisons
- You support the Managing Director administratively in various projects
- You assist the marketing department with online reviews and customer surveys
What we expect from you
- You are an upbeat, warm personality with energy and drive and love working with people
- You have a commercial apprenticeship or further education
- You have very good German skills in spoken and written form - any foreign language is an advantage
- Ideally, you bring experience from the gastronomy sector and have a good understanding of our processes and workflows
- You are an organisational talent and feel just as comfortable in the admin jungle as with Office 365 and modern AI tools
- You act with integrity and are absolutely trustworthy - discretion is a given for you
