The position is permanent.
The cold kitchen is your passion and you master the basics of your profession inside out. If you also bring enthusiasm for the new Swiss cuisine and never lose your humour and overview even in busy moments, these are already good prerequisites. As a service-oriented personality, you take responsibility for the Gardemanger station in the à la carte kitchen and banquet area and share responsibility for ordering goods, controlling storage and complying with hygiene standards according to HACCP.
