- Technical and personnel management of the team
- Planning and coordination of employee deployments and production orders
- Creating and reviewing manufacturing cost calculations
- Ensuring quality, deadlines, and occupational safety
- Continuous development and optimisation of production processes
- Active participation in day-to-day business and support with technical challenges
- Close collaboration with adjacent departments
- Technical or craft-based basic training, ideally in the wood sector, or several years of experience in an industrial production environment
- Experience in woodworking is an advantage but not a mandatory requirement
- Leadership experience is an advantage or willingness to develop into a leadership role
- Good technical understanding and interest in modern production and CNC technologies
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- High quality and sense of responsibility
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Enjoy leading, supporting employees, and achieving goals together
