The Office for Municipalities and Citizenship is the centre of expertise for municipal matters. It supervises the administration and budget management as well as civil status affairs and land registry. It implements the cantonal financial equalisation, manages municipal financial statistics, and supports municipal structural projects. Additionally, it provides services for private individuals in the areas of citizenship, name changes, adoptions, registration of foreign civil status events, and property acquisition by persons abroad.
For the Civil Status Department, we are looking for a position starting 1 November 2026 or by arrangement
