Job Description

• Independent instrument handling and assisting in procedures in the specialist areas of orthopaedics, hand and general surgery as well as urology
• Ensuring a smooth interdisciplinary and interprofessional workflow in the operating theatre
• Compliance with hygiene and asepsis guidelines
• Responsibility for correct surgery-specific documentation (surgical nursing documentation/performance recording)

Qualifications

• Certified nurse HF/FH in operating theatre or certified specialist in operating technology HF/FH, preferably with several years of professional experience, ideally in a consultant system
• High flexibility, versatile expertise and the necessary understanding of various surgical techniques, preferably experience with orthopaedic operations (knee and hip replacement)
• A responsible, service-oriented and resilient personality with great enthusiasm for their profession
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, basic IT knowledge
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented manner
